Archipelago – Nordic flavours and bar culture at the centre of the fair

Designed by Jonas Bohlin, and inspired by French bistros and Nordic elegance, Archipelago is a vibrant oasis in the heart of the entrance hall. Here, exhibitors and visitors meet over a glass of wine, a café latte, or a light bite – a place to continue the conversation or simply rest your voice for a while.

We serve generously filled baguettes, hearty pies, and fresh pastries from our own patisserie, accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen drinks – all in an atmosphere that invites both relaxing breaks and spontaneous encounters.

In the afternoon, Archipelago often transforms into a lively mingling space for organisers and exhibitors looking to add value for their guests – a relaxed and tasteful way to round off the day.

    For tasteful meetings – À la carte at Entrétorget in a calm setting. Well-prepared dishes with seasonal flavours and vegetarian options.

  • Archipelago

    Serving filled baguettes, wholesome pies, locally baked pastries, and a selection of hot and cold drinks.

  • Flavour Kitchen

    Lunch for every taste – right in the heart of Entrétorget. Here we serve traditional Swedish cuisine, grilled dishes, and vegetarian in a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Bowls & Buns

    Neo-Asian fresh food – in the Gallery Walk between Halls A and B. Bowls, salads, and sides with vegan options – all served with a Scandinavian twist.

  • Caffè Galleria

    Freshly Baked & Coffee – in the gallery walkway between Halls A and B. Here you will always find both hot and cold dishes, something sweet with your coffee, and of course KRAV and Fairtrade coffee from Johan & Nyström. With an inviting seating area, it’s the perfect place to sit down for a while, enjoy, and recharge.

  • Street Eats

    Street Eats offers international dishes such as burgers, fish & chips, and salads, with flavors from around the world. You’ll also find our tasty dipping sauces and gluten-free burgers here. You can find us in Hall C and in the gallery walkway between Halls A and B – always close to something tasty.

  • Bar & Coffee

    At Bar & Coffee, you’re served organic KRAV-certified coffee from Johan & Nyström, along with freshly baked pastries, salads, and sandwiches. Visit us in Hall C, between C-Café and Street Eats, for a quality break - perfect if you’re on the go

  • C Café

    Coffee break in the middle of the fair in Hall C, with plenty of seating to sit down and relax. Hot and cold dishes, and freshly baked goods. Fairtrade coffee from Johan & Nyström.

  • Pop-up Restaurants

    Food Experiences that Match the Fair. For every exhibition, we create something unique. Our pop-up restaurants are set up right in the halls and become a natural part of the overall experience.
