Every day, our chef offers fresh fish and guarantees everything from the quality of grains to the cooked sushi. We serve Nigiri made of the Norwegian farmed salmon, tuna fish, tofu and hand peeled Swedish shrimps.

As a Swan eco-labeled restaurant, we have actively chosen to not serve giant shrimps, also known as Tiger shrimps due to the negative environmental impact of farming these shrimps. Instead, we have created our own Nigiri with hand peeled Swedish shrimps as an environmentally smart alternative. The menu also includes appropriate Japanese beer.

Nigiri Sushi is a part of our Fast food concept and is located in the corridor between the A and B halls.
